About This Training
Insurance is one of the vital tools of risk management, but it is only one. Loss control and loss transfer can keep you from having claims, make claims which you do have smaller, and assure that the party best able to control the risk pays for it. These techniques make your multifamily portfolio more appealing to insurers, but more importantly, protect people and assets.

Join webcast host Vinnie Viola and special guest Abby Krueger, senior director and risk management advisor at Risk International, for an insightful discussion of the various techniques available to protect your multifamily assets. In this 90-minute value-add webcast, Ms. Krueger will provide specific tools to address risks. Ms. Krueger serves as an independent risk management advisor managing risk for affordable housing clients nationwide.
